Requirements
- Senior product and/or technology leadership experience at Head/VP level.
- Proven track record building consumer-facing or patient-facing digital products with measurable outcomes.
- Technical fluency across modern software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Experience operating in regulated environments balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, hiring, and organizational development skills.
- Pragmatic, hands-on ownership mindset with structured communication skills.
- Fluency in English; German language skills strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with DiGA, digital therapeutics, SaMD, or MDR frameworks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define product and technology strategy, roadmap, and execution across digital therapeutic offerings.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and delivery to optimization and patient impact.
- Direct engineering architecture across mobile/web, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
- Drive data and AI capabilities, including analytics, personalization, and responsible AI features.
- Translate clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and privacy requirements into product and technical solutions.
- Lead and manage teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data/AI functions.
- Engage senior stakeholders across the company, Bayer, and the healthcare ecosystem.
