Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 1+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Advanced knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Phoenix Framework.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL, and key-value stores.
- Competency in REST, GraphQL, and gRPC API development.
- Experience with AWS (ECS, S3, ALB).
- Strong background in DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Capability to apply TDD and unit/integration testing.
- Proven experience working in ITIL-managed organizations.
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level).
Responsibilities
- Architect standardized integration layers linking lab instruments and robots with LIMS workflows.
- Implement fault-tolerant patterns, state management, and recovery mechanisms for hardware/network failures.
- Deliver monitoring, logging, and telemetry to ensure system observability.
- Design and govern a scalable business rules engine with versioning and traceability.
- Develop modular systems using caching, async processing, and secure-by-design practices.
- Define contract-first APIs with versioning and secure interfaces.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.
