Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and call center experience.
- Proficiency with Windows PC or laptop computer (Macs are not supported).
- High-speed cabled internet connection (minimum 25 mbps down/5 mbps up).
- Dedicated professional work-from-home office space.
- USB headset and webcam.
- Availability for full-time hours (40 hours/week).
- Available for shifts: Mon-Thu 1:00pm-10:00pm and Fri 10:00am-7:00pm EST.
- Available for occasional Saturday shifts 10:00am-5:00pm.
- Technical savvy and self-reliance in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing supporters of Canadian charities to raise funds for global causes.
- Welcome new donors and invite them to contribute to charitable organizations.
- Renew event participants and encourage monthly giving.
- Engage with donors in a warm, professional, and creative manner.
- Maintain high performance as part of a results-oriented team.
