Responsibilities

  • Develop pathways to monitor and analyze State and Federal regulations impacting employee benefits.
  • Create summary communications of regulatory actions for internal and external customer education.
  • Serve as a liaison with external employee benefit legal resources for regulatory clarifications.
  • Lead the development of technical tools, visual aids, and presentations for Benefit service teams.
  • Maintain oversight of internal compliance resource systems.
  • Respond to internal and external customer compliance inquiries.
  • Establish standards for workflows and service team education in partnership with operations.
  • Provide compliance-related training to new and ongoing benefit service team members.
