Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a master's or doctorate degree or apprenticeship (level 7 or above).
- Academic background in history, political science, international development, security studies, or related fields.
- Alternatively, academic background in economics, statistics, data science, engineering, or related fields with a quantitative and IT focus.
- Strong qualitative research and analysis skills.
- Proven experience in quantitative analysis and statistical methods, including estimations and predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one database or programming language such as Python, R, Stata, SQL, or No-SQL.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the team's ongoing research and analysis tasks.
- Draft background briefs and contribute to written reports and presentations.
- Organize training programmes.
- Collect and synthesize data relevant to project objectives.
- Monitor developments in regions of interest.
