Experience: 2+ years

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling or social work
Active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD)
2+ years of therapy experience
Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community
Previous telehealth experience
Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care
Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
Organizational and time management skills
Self-motivation and independence
Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and new apps
Experience working with diverse groups

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults
Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and needs
Develop and implement therapeutic interventions
Utilize between-session messaging to support patients
Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings
Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
Help design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs
Comply with federal and state therapy regulations
