Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering and architecture experience
- Significant time in senior technical leadership roles at the enterprise level
- Proven track record as a trusted technical advisor at the CTO, CIO, or Chief Architect level
- Experience owning the full modernization lifecycle at enterprise scale
- Architectural range across full technology stack (frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, cloud)
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture
- Experience navigating enterprise modernization challenges (monoliths, silos, regulatory constraints)
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows)
- Ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Set and own the architectural direction for major client engagements
- Partner with the Strategic Principal to shape SOWs and align technical strategy with C-suite goals
- Lead architectural design across full-stack, cloud-native, and AI domains
- Architect enterprise solutions balancing business constraints and technical debt
- Anticipate engagement risks and shape strategy proactively
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CTO, CIO, and VP-level stakeholders
- Provide technical oversight and accountability across multiple workstreams
- Integrate production-grade AI and LLM capabilities into modernization strategies
- Coach and mentor engineers and leads to grow technical leadership
