Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Local architectural license
- 10+ years experience on U.S. custom residential projects
- Demonstrated experience leading projects independently
- Strong knowledge of imperial units and wood-frame construction
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- AutoCAD + Bluebeam proficiency
- Strong communication skills and team leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead construction documentation production in Revit
- Coordinate consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, code-compliant solutions
- Support construction admin as needed (RFIs, submittals, revisions, site coordination)
- Mentor junior team members and maintain quality control
- Track schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
