Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ERP, CRM, HCM, or similar) with a focus on New Logo acquisition.
  • Experience growing sales organizations in the $25M-$100M revenue range.
  • Background in data-driven SaaS sales environments and a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
  • Industry experience in heavy equipment, fleet management or auto dealership software providers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and refine Texada’s New Logo GTM strategy to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Expand Texada’s customer base through strategic prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, and consultative selling.
  • Lead and scale a team of New Logo Sales Executives, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and ARR goal attainment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing new logo sales team with a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage directly with new prospects, ensuring Texada’s solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships to support long-term customer success and retention.
