- Maintain strong relationships with Employer of Record (EOR) providers to facilitate international payroll compliance and variable pay submissions.
- Administer equity-related payroll responsibilities and coordinate international equity compliance.
- Ensure payroll tax compliance at the federal, state, and international levels, handling state registrations and responding to tax notices.
- Support 401(k) administration, including contribution processing and audit collaboration.
- Lead year-end payroll activities, including W-2 generation and distribution.
- Provide payroll data for workers' compensation audits, R&D tax credit filings, and other reporting needs.
- Address employee payroll inquiries with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy.
