Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with North American payrolls.
• Experience with CloudPay, ADP, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, taxes, and regulations.
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Payroll Professional Certified (CPP/APA) or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong technology aptitude, especially with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll for over 800 U.S. employees and 300+ Canadian employees.
• Oversee two Payroll Specialists and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and audit stakeholders.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation to ensure compliance.
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and new entity setups.
• Regularly prepare payroll and management reports.
• Address payroll queries and escalate issues when necessary.
