Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills to leverage data for forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to align and partner with multiple teams to drive shared revenue goals.
  • Experience leading process improvements and technology adoption across revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDIC, Solution Selling, or Challenger, with a focus on CRM optimization and RevOps best practices.
  • Skilled at anticipating market trends and integrating innovative approaches into revenue operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a scalable RevOps strategy to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to enhance revenue processes, workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire revenue cycle.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at vertical expansion and market penetration to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the RevOps function in executive discussions, translating business goals into actionable operational strategies.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key revenue metrics, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the integration and optimization of AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and maximize revenue growth.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across revenue-generating teams to ensure predictability and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide the Associate Director of Revenue Operations, providing the support and training needed for their growth and success.
  • Lead efforts to manage organizational changes, including process improvements and technology adoption.
