Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in France.
  • Excellent proficiency in French and at least B2 level in English.
  • Previous experience in a consulting firm or with a panelist company (e.g., Circana - Nielsen) would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the renewal of partnership contracts by analyzing growth opportunities and ensuring their execution.
  • Ensure overall partner satisfaction by acting as their main point of contact to address needs and concerns.
  • Supervise and monitor ongoing services to ensure they are delivered on time and meet partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Project Manager to implement new processes.
  • Provide regular reports on partner performance, including key satisfaction indicators and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain Wiser’s visibility within our partner’s organization through strategic high-level contacts, as well as training and marketing initiatives targeting partner field teams, ensuring Wiser remains a top priority.
  • Understand the revenue and margin impact of our partners on our business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to Wiser’s expansion within our partner’s global footprint by identifying strategic development opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure partner needs are effectively addressed and met.
  • Handle daily partner needs (training, marketing, presentations) and develop relationships based on honesty, respect, trust, and mutual benefit.
