Bachelor's degree 20+ years of relevant experience Subject-matter expertise in DoD UFCs, U.S. Navy Instructions, building codes, and relevant regulations for U.S. Navy facilities Subject-matter expertise in explosives facility renovation and construction (preferred) Strong management skills and ability to manage project portfolios Experience with design-bid-build construction projects, building codes, and permitting Expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire protection, civil) Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil/site infrastructure projects Applicable professional certification or license (e.g., Professional Engineer or Registered Architect) Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with stakeholders Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
