Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency with Asana is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely preparation.
  • Handle correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, document compilation, and meeting minutes.
  • Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and relationship management.
