Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Expert applied knowledge of statistical methodology in diagnostic medicine
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for working on cross-functional teams with members of diverse technical backgrounds
  • Proven ability to create clear and well-structured written documentation tailored for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience with CLSI, NGS, genetics, and/or oncology testing a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and execution of statistical analyses for development and analytical validation studies, contributing to oncology product initiatives.
  • Work closely with fellow statisticians, bench scientists, and product development teams to integrate statistical methodologies into study planning and execution. Clearly communicate statistical concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive protocols, analysis plans, and reports to support regulatory submissions and internal decision-making.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, effectively communicate concerns, and propose data-driven solutions to project teams.
