- Streamline and simplify Otis’ existing management incentive portfolio through the development and deployment of a global framework.
- Partner with global Sales, HR, and P&L leaders to shape and implement a global sales compensation strategy and incentive program design framework
- Collaborate with regional and operating unit sales and HR leaders to implement and transition.
- Ensure effective communication of annual program design and performance updates to enhance colleague understanding and drive effectiveness
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in program strategy and design
- Partner cross-functionally to support plan administration and governance. Identify opportunities to leverage tools, technology, and processes to improve operational execution and efficiency
