Requirements:

• 7-10 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a recruiting team in a global, fully remote environment.
• Experience with technology-enabled companies focusing on client-centricity and speed.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Familiarity with international hiring practices and labor laws.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using recruiting software and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a global team of talent acquisition professionals focusing on a wide range of hiring across Testlio.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Support the building and maintenance of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Use data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and provide insights to optimize processes.
• Ensure a positive, efficient, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead initiatives to build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts diverse talent.
• Implement inclusive hiring practices to build diverse teams and ensure equitable representation.
