Responsibilities:

  • Support the building and maintenance of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and provide insights to optimize processes.
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead initiatives to build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts diverse talent.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices to build diverse teams and ensure equitable representation.
