Requirements:
  • Over 15 years of experience in recruiting across all levels
  • Extensive leadership in talent acquisition, including 5+ years managing managers and team leads, and over a decade of experience overseeing recruitment operations in geographically dispersed settings
  • Ability to use storytelling to effectively communicate employee experience
  • Exhibits cultural competence and agility
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor senior leaders
  • Tremendous emotional intelligence and great judgment
  • Proven ability to create programs and plans
  • Ability to create an internal talent acquisition team

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic, data-driven recruitment initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Executives and partners to provide thought leadership for recruiting
  • Build a data-driven recruiting organization and process
  • Create training programs and ways of working with hiring managers
  • Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers across businesses to deliver exceptional recruiting services
  • Partner with leaders to drive recruiting-related initiatives
  • Ensure that all managers receive training on recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and implement Strategic Growth projects
  • Drive our Global Contingent Worker program and best practices in this space
  • Benchmark industry competitors
  • Identify trade and professional conferences
  • Handle various talent acquisition vendors
