- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) and three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years of experience in talent acquisition
- Three (3) years of experience building and deploying various external talent-sourcing strategies
- Building strong external networks in the US & Canada to drive talent to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, collaborating with hiring leaders in Enterprise Supply Chain and Business Divisions to manage open requisitions
- Working with recruiting and candidate related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, job boards, etc.)
- Proactively conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Conveying competitive intelligence and trends to hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Researching and building strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, market research and competitor analysis
- Monitoring individual performance through data and metrics to track candidates through the sourcing process
- Collaborating with Strategic Workforce Planning, University & Events Recruiting
