Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, product-driven companies.
  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based teams and partnering with global hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English at an advanced/bilingual level for both written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse being a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable influencing hiring decisions.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across teams in the U.S. and Argentina, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to promote CookUnity as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a structured hiring process including interviewer training and decision-making guidance.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and reference checks aligning candidate expectations with business needs.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics for improved efficiency.
