- 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing, and/or professional services experience;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in the travel industry ideal, especially previous experience with travel technology products;
- Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with both internal and external customers. A team player who can lead by influence;
- A public speaker with ease and conviction, willing to represent Cloudbeds in industry events;
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel regionally;
- Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is ideal (Portuguese).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the viability of potential new business and channel opportunities based on geography and other parameters;
- Identify, outreach, engage, and develop new (and existing) partner relationships in LATAM based on the Cloudbeds strategy, including the negotiation of commercial agreements;
- Evaluate and prioritize all inbound partner requests in the region;
- Manage the relationship with regional and global Cloudbeds partners across distribution, marketplace, financial services, and more;
- Manage monetization of partners through scalable programs;
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables, and related product enhancement initiatives;
- Represent Cloudbeds as a subject matter expert at industry events and forums.
