Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or greater; Masters or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (ideally Python & TypeScript).
- 1+ years building with generative AI on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of the GenAI vendor space, including foundation models, developer platforms, open-source models, and off-the-shelf GenAI tools from SaaS platforms.
- A creative and curious mind, hungry to find opportunities to do things better.
- Experience researching current user experiences in order to create new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Research current member operations and product processes
- Explore existing technologies
- Build prototypes
- Launch experiments
- Work with product, engineering, and member operations teams
- Monitor and optimize the impact
- Ideate with our product team
