Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building production-level ML and data products.
• Expert-level understanding of data science topics.
• At least two years experience as an applied scientist, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• An MS or PhD in computer science or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing and deploying Python code in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to design and apply various machine learning models.
• Effective communication skills with applied scientists, data scientists, and engineers.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model results for performance improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain machine learning models to optimize campaign targeting.
• Model key performance advertising metrics like conversion rates and click-through rates.
• Automate estimation of campaign bids and budgets based on these metrics.
• Improve systems that optimize campaign performance and pacing.
• Implement machine learning pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
• Write and ship production-level Python code.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data.
• Collaborate with applied scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Document code and processes for future reference.
• Participate in the Agile development lifecycle.
