Senior Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• Experience of serving in an Engineering Manager role
• Experience with managing a team who built an AI enabled product is a plus
• Experience with VOIP technologies is a plus
• Strong technical background: experience in building complex B2B SaaS products is a plus
• Highly organized with strong organizational skills
• Ability to weigh several and often conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions
• Skills to align people with a common goal
• Direct but careful with feedback, both given and received
• Experience with different delivery methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2 cross functional teams of software engineers and QA - approx 10-12 people
• Grow, coach, and develop the team members to help them progress in their careers
• Be actively involved in hiring engineers for your teams, making sure it’s well-staffed
• Manage the teams’ delivery
• Represent the teams in planning and product meetings
• Work with the rest of the engineering leadership on engineering-wide changes
• Measure velocity and improve efficiency for the team
• Drive innovation in engineering processes, strategies and adoption of new technologies
• Maintain a sustainable, healthy, and collaborative culture aligned with the company values
