Requirements:

Experience of serving in an Engineering Manager role
Experience with managing a team who built an AI enabled product is a plus
Experience with VOIP technologies is a plus
Strong technical background: experience in building complex B2B SaaS products is a plus
You are highly organized. With many people doing many things in a fast-moving company, strong organizational skills—both for yourself and for the team—will be required
You are able to weigh several and often conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions
You have the skills to align people with a common goal
You are direct but careful with feedback, both given and received
You have worked with different delivery methodologies and are able to apply these based on the teams’ maturity

Responsibilities:

Manage 2 cross functional teams of software engineers and QA - approx 10-12 people
Grow, coach, and develop the team members to help them progress in their careers
Be actively involved in hiring engineers for your teams, making sure it’s well-staffed
Manage the teams’ delivery
Represent the teams in planning and product meetings
Work with the rest of the engineering leadership on engineering-wide changes
Measure velocity and improve efficiency for the team
Drive innovation in engineering processes, strategies and adoption of new technologies
Maintain a sustainable, healthy, and collaborative culture aligned with the company values as we navigate through hyper-growth

Jump into our systems and code to debug a customer issue, ship a small bug fix, or improve our developer experience.
Improve how we generate and simulate data in demo accounts.
