Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years experience in performance marketing experience in social.
• Superb organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of automation tools (bidding and targeting), Google Analytics, and other management & ad creative testing tools.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Experience using Google Workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Help organize and support media strategy and building paid media plans, including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimizations, etc.
• Fulfill executional responsibilities on client accounts, such as building campaigns and QAing keywords.
• Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis and interpretation with appropriate action plans.
• Measure and monitor key performance indicators for paid media campaigns.
• Prepare reports and assist the team in presenting results to clients and management.
