• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in paid social (required), with a deep understanding of paid acquisition and media buying strategies.
• Highly knowledgeable in bidding and targeting automation tools; proficient in Google Analytics and other ad management/testing platforms.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Align paid social initiatives with broader direct-to-consumer growth strategies, ensuring a cohesive full-funnel approach from prospecting to retention.
• Leverage advanced analytics platforms and AI-driven tools to monitor campaign performance and inform optimizations.
• Compile and present detailed performance reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Support the Paid Media Manager in delivering top-notch client service through effective communication.
• Partner with the PMM to execute key business initiatives and special projects in paid media.
