Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development
- First experience in a product company (SaaS, fintech, marketplace)
- Highly proficient in Java or Kotlin
- Comfortable navigating complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models
- Product Engineer approach (think beyond code, curious about the 'why')
- Pragmatic approach to building (adapt practices to context)
- Excellent knowledge of modern architecture
- Autonomy in improving team practices
- Own the whole lifecycle: building CI/CD, testing, observability, monitoring
- Fluent in English

- Challenge ideas and co-create solutions
- Own features end-to-end
