- Build and maintain features across web and mobile platforms using Laravel, Flutter, and React
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product team to design, develop, test, and launch new capabilities
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested code
- Contribute to database design and performance tuning in MySQL and MongoDB
- Help maintain and improve dev workflows using tools like Bitbucket, AWS, and QA automation tools
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development
- Think like a product engineer – contribute ideas, spot potential improvements, and help shape the product experience
- Genuinely understand our use cases and be able and willing to communicate with customers when necessary
- Understand and assist with compliance tasks (SOCII, HIPAA, etc..)
