🔍 Affiliate marketing

  • Affiliate marketing experience (minimum 2+ years preferred).
  • Sales and/or account management experience
  • Proficiency with or aptitude to learn CRM & Billing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Maxio, Google Suite)
  • Strong written & communication skills to drive sales and maintain subscriber relationships.
  • Follow through and ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive sales of FMTC’s premium merchant and agency services.
  • Conduct outreach, demos, and consultations to convert leads into paying subscribers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium subscribers, focusing on retention and upselling.
  • Prepare resale bundles, quotes, and invoices to support business growth.
  • Oversee the onboarding, management, and offboarding of premium subscribers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium merchants and agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and plan future features.
  • Possible travel to industry tradeshows.
  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
  • Configure and maintain Maxio (formerly Chargify) for billing operations.
  • Track payments, update financial records, and report revenue performance.
  • Create usage and related reports.
  • Participate in regular internal meetings and training to stay aligned with FMTC’s goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to oversee promotional efforts for merchant services.
  • Maintain records of subscriber interactions, transactions, and service performance.
