- Configure, test, and maintain corporate online booking tools, currently Concur and Atriis, and roll out updates and new features.
- Resolve client system and booking issues over email and phone.
- Maintain documentation for online booking tools and related processes.
- Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support client accounts.
- Manage client profiles, including manual updates and bulk uploads.
- Load and validate client-preferred vendor rates in online booking tools.
- Train clients on platform updates and best practices through in-person sessions, webinars, or written guides.
- Analyze client usage and performance data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Identify ways to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Help evaluate and roll out additional online booking tools.
