- Strong experience in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

- Experience working with Shopify.

- Lead the development of creative briefs that inspire compelling digital content.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and creative teams to produce high-converting assets.
- Leverage insights on customer psychology and behavior to craft attention-grabbing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual storytelling across all marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize for maximum ROAS and conversion rates.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize creative assets for improved engagement.
- Oversee organic and paid social media strategies to amplify brand awareness.
- Manage influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and content collaborations.
- Monitor analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and conversion impact.
- Develop and present comprehensive performance reports for all digital marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Track and report on conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct competitive analysis and ensure our marketing stays ahead of industry trends.
