Engineering at Office Hours

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Office Hours, you will own the robust infrastructure powering their dynamic marketplace. Your daily work involves running and scaling production AWS and EKS environments, ensuring system reliability, observability, and security. You will craft infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize, driving GitOps with GitHub Actions and Argo CD/Flux for automated CI/CD. The team prioritizes a security-first mindset, integrating SAST/DAST scanning, secrets management, and least-privilege IAM into routine work. You will manage crucial data systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and Temporal, building automation in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Bash. This role offers significant ownership, solving complex scaling and security challenges for a high-leverage product.
