Engineering at Umbra

Our engineering challenges revolve around revolutionizing how commercial and government customers access and utilize high-resolution SAR data. You will work on cutting-edge space technology, developing and refining radar algorithms, including MTI, Passive RF, and SAR. You will write production-quality software with robust testing, supporting commercial and government teams in modeling and mission design. We are constantly building and testing applications that run our satellites, automating spacecraft operations, and optimizing mission data pipelines. You will contribute to parallel processing and high-performance computing solutions, shaping the future of space-based intelligence.
