- Manage daily data transfers of patient appointment and payment information in collaboration with Customer Success and Operations teams.
- Export, format, and deliver appointment reports from EHRs to designated destinations.
- Review intake schedule update reports and update appointment statuses in EHRs within the same business day.
- Support partner-specific data and file management workflows, including custom processes related to self-pay requirements.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with the team regarding progress using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or phone.
- Notify the team in writing if any delivery timelines are at risk of delay.
