- Minimum of 10 years restaurant management experience with 7 years at Area Supervisor Director level or above required.
- 4 year degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching large teams of diverse individuals.
- Expertise in strategic planning, with a track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives that drive performance, enhance brand value, and improve financial results.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, HR, finance, operations services, and facilities to achieve common goals and optimize operations.
- Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis, financial modeling, and other analytical tools and techniques.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, profit and loss analysis, and other key business metrics.
- Strong planning and execution skills.
- Excellent financial, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of growing and developing talent within your organization to create a leadership pipeline.

- Drive sales and profits through the improvement of operating standards and the guest experience.
- Achieve financial results equal to or better than Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Supervise and motivate Region Vice Presidents to uphold standards to meet business objectives and enhance guest and team member experience.
- Build organizational talent and bench strength across all Regions.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company and brand standards
- Guide the proper maintenance of, and investment in, all restaurants and ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
- Ensure the development of Certified Training Restaurants and the execution of training programs.
- Ensure all restaurants maintain safe food safety practices as outlined in our operating procedures and required by regulatory agencies
- Create an atmosphere where people motivate themselves to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
