Field Applications Scientist / Manager

Engage prospective and existing customers, the commercial team, and strategic collaboration partners with technical bioreactor and process expertise.
Lead technical support to facilitate process optimization, manufacturing collaboration, and project scoping discussions.
Contribute to project scope and proposals highlighting Culture as a partner capable of meeting customer milestones.
Provide technical advising for process setup, scale-down models, and integration of AI models into biomanufacturing.
Attend and participate in industry technical conferences to network with key opinion leaders and present technical papers.
Develop and coordinate the technical engagement component of the sales process.
Collaborate with marketing to create a roadmap of technical papers and presentations demonstrating capabilities.
Partner with executive team members to form strategic partnerships with bioprocessing services and tools providers.

Our Console software ecosystem is advancing with AI-powered capabilities. This includes advanced data integration, predictive modeling, and automated analysis tools. You will shape the future of digital bioprocessing.
