🔍 Biopharmaceutical/biotech

  • 5+ years of technical experience in the biopharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Experience selling technical products (equipment and/or consumables) and services to biopharmaceutical and biotech companies will be strongly preferred, ideally with focus on upstream bioprocessing.
  • Strong technical background in bioprocessing required, with upstream processing (cell culture) knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven business cases and pitches.
  • Experience with SFDC preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and have strong emotional intelligence.
  • Self motivating and work well independently
  • Adept collaborator and able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders that enable productive, commercial relationships.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a related scientific or engineering field. In lieu of this degree, you have experience in biotechnology and bioprocessing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from actioning leads through opportunity creation to driving opportunities to closure (bookings).
  • Manage the overall customer relationship and experience.
  • Keep the customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com - SFDC) updated with timely and complete information about customers and opportunities.
  • Deliver input to forecasting processes.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the organization.
  • Construct and present proposals and structured deals to prospective clients highlighting Culture as an opportunity to meet their milestones and objectives.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • Organize and lead key events in your territory to network with the biopharmaceutical and biotech community to generate leads and prospects.
  • Contribute to developing and executing commercial operations processes and platforms, including but not limited to sales force effectiveness and enablement.
  • As part of a growing team, support additional tasks associated with sales and business development.
