🔍 Public Relations

  • College graduate, with at least two prior internships or campus experience in communications, public relations, public affairs, or related fields.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week (Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
  • Ability to work at least three days a week in person at our Indianapolis office, with flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
  • Demonstrated interest in communications, public relations, public affairs or related fields.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Individuals who are passionate about communications, public relations, government relations or issue advocacy are strongly preferred.
  • Media Relations – including media monitoring and compiling media sweeps
  • Content Creation – including op-eds, press releases, social media posts and talking points.
  • Research and Analysis – to support the development of strategic communications plans and deliverables
  • Client Relations – including participation in client meetings
  • Firm-wide collaboration and teamwork on various accounts and projects
