  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Ability to elicit, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations with emphasis on Salesforce administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including custom object creation and complex reporting.
