Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations with emphasis on Salesforce administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including custom object creation and complex reporting.
  • Experience with sales operations tools: Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, Clari, with additional tools like LeanData, Salesloft, and Gong as a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and create reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills for identifying and solving issues.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce environment including user management, data integrity, and system configuration.
  • Manage integration of sales tools such as Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, and Clari with Salesforce.
  • Support Salesforce CPQ including configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for refining forecasting processes using Clari and Salesforce.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance and metrics.
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and propose enhancements in Salesforce.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and finance teams for alignment.
