🔍 Law

  • BA or BS in business administration or human resources is required.
  • Understanding of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Tennessee employment/labor laws and best practices.
  • HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus.
  • Direct work as a recruiter in the last two years.

  • Leading and executing the hiring funnel from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans.
  • Guide leadership through employee performance interventions using progressive discipline.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues.
  • Promote proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace.
