- BA or BS in business administration or human resources is required.
- Understanding of human resource policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of Tennessee employment/labor laws and best practices.
- HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus.
- Direct work as a recruiter in the last two years.
- Leading and executing the hiring funnel from sourcing through onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies.
- Maintain secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans.
- Guide leadership through employee performance interventions using progressive discipline.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues.
- Promote proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace.
