Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2B SaaS environments. Experience working with ESPs and CRMs is highly preferred.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong background in user research methodologies and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver elegant, user-centric solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure high-quality design outputs.
Develop and implement UX strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.
Conduct and oversee user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Create and oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
Advocate for and implement design improvements that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, effectively communicating the value and rationale behind design decisions.
