Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2B SaaS environments. Experience working with ESPs and CRMs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure high-quality design outputs.
- Develop and implement UX strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.
- Conduct and oversee user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
- Advocate for and implement design improvements that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, effectively communicating the value and rationale behind design decisions.
