- 5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles
- Salesforce and HVS expertise
- Strong understanding of lead enrichment (clay)

- A proven track record of improving processes across BDR and AE workflows

- Analyze how our reps are spending their time, what’s working, and what we’re missing: Email vs. phone touchpoints, which leads convert at what clip and where we should prioritize lead flows
- Learn to sell alongside our team: run the pipeline, understand day-to-day conversions, optimize our workflows via hypothesis-driven testing.
