- Drive the implementation of monitoring, alerting, and tracking systems for proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with developers and support teams for effective communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to milestone releases, ensuring smooth deployments.
- Focus on improving system scalability and performance.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for incident escalation and documentation.
