Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting UCaaS/CCaaS systems with a focus on VoIP.
In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, SDP, and RTP.
Hands-on experience with signaling analysis tools like Wireshark, sngrep, or Homer.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve VoIP-related issues to maintain system integrity.
Drive the implementation of monitoring, alerting, and tracking systems for proactive issue detection.
Collaborate with developers and support teams for effective communication and issue resolution.
Contribute to milestone releases, ensuring smooth deployments.
Focus on improving system scalability and performance.
Participate in the on-call rotation for incident escalation and documentation.
