- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development is required, preferably within the food industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Food Business, Strategic Sales Management, Culinary, or similar disciplines are advantageous.
- Possessing a full clean driving license is important.
- Candidates must be eligible to work and travel within the EU.
- Drive Market Entry Strategy by expanding customer relationships and promoting Kepak products through cooking and sampling.
- Manage strategic account planning aligned with Brand Plans to ensure execution and activation with key customers.
- Oversee financial management within the sales operation including debtors, forecast accuracy, sales funnel management, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to Channel Development Team meetings to support business goals.
- Engage with store-level operators to identify execution challenges and collaborate on solutions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador representing the company to external partners and stakeholders.
