- Solid understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks such as JTBD, PLS, and PLG.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align design decisions with business objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering impactful work in fast-paced startup environments.
- Drive best-in-class UX, UI, and interaction design, ensuring an intuitive and compelling user experience.

- Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate hypotheses, balancing speed and craft.
