Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
  • Experience in working with or in the NHS and building relationships with key decision makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • A track record of high performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales process across all stages of the pipeline.
  • Harness and contribute towards continual improvement of processes to connect Isla with NHS Trusts.
  • Use a consultative approach to address complex clinical challenges.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to support project management in partner organizations and with the Product Team to provide feedback for development.
  • Establish a repeatable process for generating new leads.
  • Use validated learning to reduce average deal duration.
  • Contact prospects through various channels (phone, email, industry events).
  • Work with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects, aiming for final signoff.
