Requirements:
8+ years experience negotiating b2b saas and on-premise software agreements, deep familiarity with saas and on-premise software structures, in-house experience at private and publicly traded companies, experience supporting international sales efforts, player/coach mentality, leadership skills, excellent judgment and integrity, ability to work independently and manage outside counsel, curiosity and self-motivation, comfort with fast-paced environments, legal degree and practicing license in germany, fluency in german and english.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating customer and partner agreements, providing legal counsel and strategic business partnership, implementing best practices, localizing contracting documents, and managing go-to-market projects.Apply

  • Update legal playbooks and contribute to legal training materials for the GTM team.
  • Manage deal flow and relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Assist with monitoring legal and operational risks related to contracts.
  • Collaborate on legal workflows in CLM platform.
