Requirements:

• Must be located within the UK, Ireland region.
• 10+ years combined law firm and in-house legal department experience.
• Qualified as a lawyer in at least one EU jurisdiction or the UK.
• Significant experience negotiating B2B SaaS and software license agreements, vendor contracts, and reseller agreements.
• Proven ability to resolve complex business and risk management issues across functions.
• Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Prior experience as a business partner with GTM teams.
• Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, Salesforce, CLM, and Slack.
• Privacy and cybersecurity experience or interest is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the commercial legal process in EMEA, ensuring internal SLOs and KPIs are met.
• Advise and negotiate various contracts including software licensing, data protection, NDAs, and professional services.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams on contracting guidelines and policies.
• Update legal playbooks and contribute to legal training materials for the GTM team.
• Manage deal flow and relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners.
• Assist with monitoring legal and operational risks related to contracts.
• Collaborate on legal workflows in CLM platform.
